  1. Now that President Obama is also a Nobel laureate, every Jane, Dick and Harry from Cambodia to Cameroon think Obama is their president and they expect him to solve their problems. It does not help that the right-wing of the Republican Party paints him as “all sizzle and no stake”. But say what you may, few doubt the sea of global change in tone in mere nine months. Do you remember the shoe? I think it is very cute that every country wants to claim the U.S. President. My neighbors from Haiti are disappointed with Obama because Obama is not paying attention to the crisis in Haiti, the oldest independent Black Republic.

  2. Obama has done nothing for Ethiopia after all the effort we put in for his election, not even a hint to distance himself from the dictator. This man has no principle but love of himself. We Ethiopians have invested a lot on him and in return we get only betrayal. Shame on him!

  3. I think the world and the U.S. in general suffer from severely attn spans…I mean does anybody remember what the tone was like in this country and the world just 12-18 months ago?

This man, President Obama, has almost singlehandedly changed the tone for the USA and the world to a more positive note and has most americans believing it can be great nation again!

Don’t listen to the rightwing noise machine. Let’s just give him time before we pass final judgement on whether he’s a failure or not with his agenda.
